Practice and warm up policy

• There is NO FREE WARM UP TIME, even if your teacher is running late
• You must pay the floor fee if you wish to use our floor
• Stretching off to the side is permitted

Floor fees

• The ONLY prices for floor fees including virtual lessons are:
• $25 for 45 Minutes
• $30 for 60 Minutes
• Floor fees cover ONE INSTRUCTOR and TWO STUDENTS or TWO INSTRUCTORS and ONE STUDENT at maximum.
• Any additional instructors or students must pay a separate floor fee
• Please pay any floor fees BEFORE your lesson. Accommodations can be made if you are unsure of a students’ availability.
• Please make any payments by 8:30 PM on weekdays, and 6:30 PM on weekends, as this is when the register closes

30 day practice cards

• Practice Cards last for a duration of 30 DAYS and are for PRACTICE ONLY
• Any dance instruction occurring is not covered by a Practice Card, and Practice Card holders will be asked to pay a floor fee if they are seen instructing, or taking a lesson (if it is not covered by the instructor already
• HOURS FOR PRACTICE CARDS begin at time of opening and finish one hour before close. There is a 30 minute grace period before closing.

Group classes

• Must be paid for before class, ONLINE BOOKING IS REQUIRED.
• Group classes are non-refundable

Using and respecting our space

• To keep our studio clean, please refrain from using powders or oils on our floor. Keep food and drinks in the Kitchen/Lounge area.
• Please ASK before adjusting the temperature. A Front Desk Associate will assist you if we are able to accommodate
• The Wellness Room (small studio to the right of the kitchen area) and the Party Room (behind dressing rooms) are available for RENTAL ONLY unless otherwise specified by management or the Front Desk.
• The Dressing Rooms have a 15 minute time limit to accommodate the flow of dancers.
• Any drinks must be paid for at time of purchase
• On rainy days, please place your umbrella in a bag provided at the front desk to keep our studios clean
